Al descargar, instalar o usar Cuatro Sotas, aceptas estos Términos de Servicio en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna de las condiciones, debes dejar de utilizar la App.

Si no estás de acuerdo con estos Términos, no uses la App.

2. Descripción del servicio

Cuatro Sotas es un juego de cartas para dispositivos móviles basado en el Guiñote tradicional español. Ofrece las siguientes modalidades:

Partidas contra inteligencia artificial
Multijugador local (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi)
Multijugador online entre jugadores registrados
Estadísticas personales y ranking global
Suscripción Premium con contenido adicional y sin anuncios

3. Cuenta de usuario

Requisitos de registro

Debes tener al menos 13 años para registrarte
El registro se realiza exclusivamente mediante Google Sign-In
Solo se permite una cuenta por persona

Responsabilidad del usuario

Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta y de todas las actividades realizadas desde ella.

Está prohibido compartir, vender o transferir tu cuenta a terceros.

By downloading, installing, or using Cuatro Sotas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Cuatro Sotas is a mobile card game based on the traditional Spanish Guiñote. It offers:

Single player vs Artificial Intelligence
Local multiplayer (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi)
Online multiplayer between registered players
Personal statistics and global ranking
Premium subscription with extra content and no ads

3. User Account

Registration requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to register
Registration is done exclusively via Google Sign-In
Only one account is allowed per person

User responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities carried out through it.

Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to third parties is prohibited.

4. Suscripción Premium

Niveles de suscripción

Bronce (1,99 €/mes | 11,99 €/año): Elimina banners y desbloquea cosméticos exclusivos
Plata (3,99 €/mes | 23,99 €/año): Sin anuncios, baraja alternativa, emotes y revelación de mano
Oro (5,99 €/mes | 35,99 €/año): Función de deshacer, animación premium, multiplicador ×2 y temas de mesa
Legendaria (9,99 €/mes | 59,99 €/año): Deshacer ×3, multiplicador ×3, repetición de partidas y pack de sonidos

Renovación automática

Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente. El cargo se realiza en las 24 horas previas a la fecha de expiración.

Cancelación

Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde Google Play o App Store. Mantendrás el acceso Premium hasta la fecha de expiración del periodo abonado.

Cambio de nivel

Puedes subir o bajar de nivel en cualquier momento. Las subidas de nivel dan acceso inmediato a los nuevos beneficios; las bajadas entran en efecto al inicio del siguiente período de facturación.

Reembolsos

Los reembolsos se gestionan a través de Google Play o Apple App Store.

4. Premium Subscription

Subscription tiers

Bronze (€1.99/mo | €11.99/yr): Removes banner ads and unlocks exclusive cosmetics
Silver (€3.99/mo | €23.99/yr): Completely ad-free, alternative deck, emotes and hand reveal
Gold (€5.99/mo | €35.99/yr): Undo feature, premium animations, ×2 ranking multiplier and table themes
Legendary (€9.99/mo | €59.99/yr): Undo ×3, ×3 ranking multiplier, match replay, exclusive sound pack

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. The charge is made within 24 hours before the expiry date.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Google Play or App Store. You retain Premium access until the expiry of the paid period.

Tier changes

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades grant immediate access to new benefits; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are managed through Google Play or Apple App Store.

5. Conducta prohibida

El incumplimiento puede resultar en la suspensión permanente de tu cuenta sin reembolso.

Usar trucos, hacks, exploits o software de modificación
Acosar, insultar o intimidar a otros usuarios
Manipular rankings, estadísticas o resultados de partidas
Crear cuentas múltiples para eludir sanciones
Usar bots, scripts o software automatizado
Realizar ingeniería inversa de la App

6. Propiedad intelectual

Todo el contenido de la App —código, diseño, gráficos, sonidos, animaciones y marcas— es propiedad exclusiva de Cojauny o sus licenciantes y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual.

Puedes hacer capturas de pantalla para uso personal y compartirlas en redes sociales mencionando a Cuatro Sotas.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Violations may result in permanent account suspension without refund.

Using cheats, hacks, exploits, or modification software
Harassing, insulting, or intimidating other users
Manipulating rankings, statistics, or match results
Creating multiple accounts to evade sanctions
Using bots, scripts, or automated software
Reverse-engineering the App

6. Intellectual Property

All App content — code, design, graphics, sounds, animations, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Cojauny or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may take screenshots for personal use and share them on social media mentioning Cuatro Sotas.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

La App se proporciona "tal cual". No garantizamos un funcionamiento ininterrumpido ni libre de errores. La responsabilidad total de Cojauny se limita al importe abonado en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación, o 50 €, el importe que sea mayor.

8. Modificaciones del servicio

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o interrumpir la App en cualquier momento. Los cambios en estos Términos se notificarán con al menos 15 días de antelación mediante la App o por correo electrónico.

9. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España y la normativa de la UE aplicable. Cualquier disputa se somete a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Madrid, España, salvo que la normativa de protección al consumidor establezca otro fuero imperativo.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Cojauny's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. Changes to these Terms will be notified at least 15 days in advance via the App or email.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU regulations. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
